ENTERING: The Sweepstakes period begins May 1, 2013, and ends June 30, 2013. Entrants are automatically entered for a chance to win upon completion of a sales presentation at one of Sponsors participating properties or upon completion of a pre-scheduled online sales presentation.

ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY: If you wish to enter the Sweepstakes but do not wish to attend a sales presentation during the Sweepstakes period, you may do so by mailing a 3”x 5” card with your name, address, phone number and Keyword: CADILLAC to Sponsor’s address, Attn: Product Development & Integration Department – Accelerate into the Fast Lane! All alternate entries must be post-marked by June 30, 2013.

ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be 18 or older and meet the following criteria: (i) be residents of the United States, Alberta, Ontario and British Columbia who stay at a participating property and attend a sales presentation during their stay; (ii) be residents of the United States and attend a pre-scheduled online sales presentation; or (iii) be residents of the United States, Alberta, Ontario and British Columbia and enter through the Alternate Method of Entry. Persons staying at a participating property on a marketing package are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. Wyndham Vacation Ownership employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Limit four entries per household. Due to state law, this Sweepstakes is neither valid in nor valid to residents of the following locations: New Hampshire; New Jersey; Puerto Rico; the U.S. Virgin Islands and other commonwealth’s territories, and possessions. PRIZE: The winner will receive one Cadillac XTS of the Sponsors’ choice with a retail value ranging from $40,000 to $50,000 USD or $25,000 USD payable by check. Vehicle color and options shall be determined by Sponsors. The Prize will be made available from a dealer location in close proximity to the winner as determined by the Sponsors. Prize includes vehicle registration fees, applicable sales tax and dealer fees. The Prize must be accepted in person by the winner. Winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with accepting vehicle and transporting to final destination as well as licensing fees and insurance. Winner must show proof of valid insurance and driver’s license when accepting the vehicle. Winner must take delivery of a new 2013 or 2014 model from dealer available stock. Any illustrations and/or depictions of the Prize in promotional materials or otherwise are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent actual vehicle or options awarded. Prize is nontransferable. No prizes substitutions or redemptions allowed.

WINNING: One winner will be selected by random electronic drawing from all eligible entries conducted by Sponsors on or about July 7, 2013, in the Corporate Orlando office. One alternate winner will be selected at the time of the drawing. Winners need not be present to win. Sponsors will notify the winner via telephone and/or email (depending on contact information provided by winner). If winner does not respond to Sponsors’ notifications and/or cannot be reached by Sponsors within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact winner, the winner shall forfeit the prize and Sponsors shall proceed with contacting the alternate winner using the same notification and claim process. Official notice of prize winnings shall be sent to winner by traceable method of delivery. Winner must claim prize within 30 days after receipt of the official notice. If the prize is unclaimed by the winner and the alternate winner, it will remain unawarded. Canadian law requires that residents of Canada answer a skill testing question correctly prior to receipt of the prize. If the prize winner is a Canadian resident, this question shall be included within the official notice of prize winnings. Winner is responsible for any income tax or tax withholdings resulting from prize award. To receive the prize, winner must sign an Affidavit of Authorization and Release, including consent to use of name, photo, likeness, and city and state of residence by the Sponsors for purposes of advertising, publicity and promotion, without additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. A purchase will not improve your odds of winning.

GENERAL RULES: Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to modify, terminate or suspend all or a portion of this Sweepstakes should non-authorized human interference, fraud, printing errors, internet viruses, hackers or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors corrupts or impairs administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of this Sweepstakes. Sponsors assume no responsibility for lost, late, or illegible entries. Sponsors are not liable for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of the prizes or participation in this Sweepstakes.
